Please return the product for physical inspection along with the following information:

Once we have inspected the defective item, we will provide a replacement free of charge. If you have any further inquiries, please visit our SUPPORT CENTER.

Please contact customer service and allow us to resolve any issues regarding defective items before leaving seller feedback/product review. Your satisfaction is our number one priority!
If you believe you have received a defective item, please contact us and provide us with your Order ID # and photo(s) of the defect. Photo records allow us to address the issue with our manufacturer and saves you time and money since you do not need to return the item for physical inspection.
Upon confirmation, we will gladly replace your order free of charge!
- This policy is only valid for naturally defective items due to manufacturer error.
- Defects caused by any other incidents, including improper installation, damage caused by the user, or misuse or mishandling of the product, are not covered under warranty.
- If a dual package is purchased, we will only replace the defective item from the package.
