Paypal is our only accepted method of payment. Your paypal account must be a Verified Paypal account.
- We recommend selecting "Immediate Pay" as "eCheck" may take 2-8 days to clear. Orders will not be processed until payment has been cleared.
- We prefer to ship to a confirmed Paypal address and may contact you for additional verification.
- In accordance with California's city and county sales and use tax rates; California orders are subject to sales tax.
All shipping information is protected and confidential. We do not share this information to any outside persons or third parties.
- Most orders are processed by 11 AM Monday through Fridy. If your purchase is made after 11 AM, it will be processed the following business day.
- Most orders are shipped within 24 business hours which end at 5 PM. Tracking information will be available after the shipment leaves our facility.
- We observe all USPS holidays.
Free shipping is available only for domestic locations including the 48 contiguous United States, Military APO & FPO and Puerto Rico. Delivery services are provided by DHL/USPS.
Tracking information will be provided directly to your eBay account via email within 24 hours after the shipment leaves our facility. If you do not receive confirmation, please check all folders in your inbox (spam, junk, etc).
The buyer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address prior to completing a transaction. We may contact you if we have questions about your shipping address.
We are not responsible for orders that are returned due to insufficient or undeliverable addresses. Due to high volume of orders, we may not contact you if your order is returned.
International shipping time varies by location and may be subject to import fees, duties, taxes, custom clearance charges and so forth. Caseology has no authority over these charges and the buyer is responsible for them.
- We ship to Canada, parts of Europe and Australia. We do not ship to other international locations.
- All international orders must be placed with an English Address
Only items purchased directly from Caseology MODN Mall are eligible for return.
Returned or exchanged items must be brand new condition in original packaging. this includes any materials, accessories, package inserts, booklets, and warranty cards. A minimum 20% restocking fee may apply based on the item's condition
We do not require an RMA number for returns or exchanged orders.
Exchanged items must be in brand new condition in original packaging. Exchanges will only be made for items that are equivalent to or less than the original purchase amount.
Please follow the return procedure as shown above. In your package, please make sure to include your transaction number or eBay username. Please also include exchange instructions (model/type, color, etc).
International orders are not eligible for exchange.

- Product that has been modified or altered
Most defective orders are replaced free of charge only after photo confirmatin is provided.
