To request a replacement product under a warranty policy, you must create an account at www.caseologycases.com, provide proof of purchase, and contact support@caseologycases.com. Warranties do not apply to products purchased from unauthorized resellers of Caseology® products.
6-Month Manufacturer's Warranty

Warranty Period: 180 days from Purchase date
Policy: Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use
Exclusions: Damages caused by operating the product outside of its intended use. International orders
Replacements - At Caseology®'s Discretion: Replacement at no cost

Warranty: Purchase date - as long as you own the device for device specific product
Policy: Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for lifetime of product - normal wear and tear will not be covered under this policy

Replacements: Replacement with product that is of equal value. Customer pays for shipping and handling costs of replacement product.
