To request a replacement product under a warranty policy, you must create an account at www.caseologycases.com, provide proof of purchase, and contact support@caseologycases.com. Warranties do not apply to products purchased from unauthorized resellers of Caseology® products.

Warranty Period: 180 days from Purchase date
Policy: Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use
Exclusions: Damages caused by operating the product outside of its intended use. International orders
