Select the shipping method for the return. Caseology Rewards Plus Members should receive the shipping label via email in 1-2 business days, pending approval. All other customers who have chosen the pre-paid shipping label method should be able to access the pre-paid label right away through the Returns Dashboard. An email containing the shipping label should have also been sent (may have been sorted into your Spam folder).
Package the item(s) and invoice, affix the shipping label (if applicable), and drop the package off at your local post office. If you are not using a pre-paid shipping label, please ship the package to the following address: Caseology - RETURN 9975 Toledo Way, Suite 100 Irvine CA 92618
You should receive an email notification of the refund once we have received and processed the returned package.

Requirements for Returns:
All our products have a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. Items purchased within 30 days can be returned for a refund.
Products are unable to be exchanged. However, you are able to return the unwanted item(s) for a refund and place a new order for the desired item(s).
Must include a valid original purchase order number from caseologycases.com. Purchases made outside of casesologycases.com must contact respective seller for returns.
Returned products must be in their original packaging without any missing contents.
Aside for Caseology Rewards Plus Members, return shipping is at buyer's cost unless stated otherwise by our support team.
The customer will be given a Product Refund—shipping & handling fees will NOT be refunded.
If you are not using our pre-paid shipping label, we suggest adding a tracking number/delivery confirmation on returned packages to ensure your return is received. Caseology is not liable for lost or stolen return packages during transit/delivery.
The prepaid return label option is not available for international returns.
*Promotional Gift Items: All promotional gift items are not eligible for Returns, Exchanges, or Warranty coverage.
*Bundle Items: To receive a refund, you must return all items within the bundle. Whatever discounted bundled items are not returned, will convert into a full price purchase, and the order will be refunded accordingly.

Caseology warranty is non-transferable and covers only the original end-buyer. Proof of purchase is required to qualify for the warranty.
Only products that are purchased directly from Caseology are eligible for this warranty as other sellers/channels may offer different or altered warranties. The warranty does not cover the following:
Normal wear and tear from daily use of product
Product was used for unintended purposes
Misuse, mishandling, accident, or other abnormal use of product

Caseology 2-Year Warranty*
Caseology offers a 2-year limited manufacturer warranty on a majority of Caseology products. Caseology products purchased from unauthorized distributors or resellers are not covered by the 2 year warranty. Certain Caseology products may have different warranties, which will be explicitly stated here. Examples of products with different warranties are, but not limited to, screen protectors, chargers, cables, backpacks, and glass products. This warranty is only valid for items that are considered defective. Defects are defined as imperfections or flaws that are produced by a manufacturing error. Accidental drops, installation failures, normal wear and tear, etc. caused by the owner are not covered under this warranty.

Caseology Lifetime Warranty*
Caseology offers a limited lifetime warranty for all Caseology screen protectors excluding glass screen protectors. This warranty is only valid for screen protectors that are considered defects. Defect is defined as an imperfection or flaw that is produced by a manufacturing error. Accidental drops, installation failures, etc. caused by the owner are not covered under this warranty. Include all the information above in your package to ensure prompt processing of your warranty claim.
All shipping costs for sending back your case will be in the responsibility of the case owner. Any customs fees, including, but not limited to, taxes, duties and any other courier related fees, are in the responsibility of the owner. We advise using a traceable shipping method to ensure safe delivery to Caseology. Caseology is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments for returning packages.
Once the product is received by Caseology, the product will be inspected (within 7-10 business days of receipt on average) to determine if it is covered under the limited warranty. If the product is determined to be covered under the Limited Warranty, Caseology, under its judgment and discretion, will repair, replace, or recondition the product. Caseology will pay for the shipment of any replacement parts or products under the limited warranty to remedy the defective product.
DISCLAIMER: All products returned to Caseology will be subject to review for authentication. If any of the products are found to be counterfeit, it will be confiscated and turned over to Caseology's legal department for further actions. These counterfeit items will not be returned once in the possession of Caseology.
Except for the express warranties provided herein, Caseology (“Caseology”) makes no express or implied warranties of any kind whatsoever with respect to the product in terms of merchantability, fitness, particular purpose, design, condition, quality, or performance of the product. In addition, Caseology will not be liable for any damages of any kind resulting from the purchase or use of products or incidental damages or consequential loss of profits or benefits.
Caseology reserves the right to waive responsibility for warranty coverage for situations including, but not limited to, other implied warranties from authorized or unauthorized sellers, warranties expressed in written or verbal form for non-genuine or counterfeit Caseology product distributors or vendors, any intentional action to contort or take advantage of the warranty for financial or personal gain.
Defects caused by any other accident, including failure of installation, carelessness by the user, or defects caused by owner's usage, cannot be applied for the above mentioned warranties. For products that come as a package, only the defected item from the package will be remedied. This remedy may be repeated within 90 days or the remainder of the warranty. The original product is needed for any future warranty requests regarding the order.
Caseology reserves the right to replace, repair, rebuild, and recondition products at Caseology’s sole option. If the product under warranty becomes inactive or no longer in production, Caseology reserves the right to replace the inactive product with a similar or better product in accordance to Caseology judgment and discretion.
Excluding the express warranty provided, Caseology, in no event shall be liable for any incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages arising from the use of any Caseology product, including, but without limitation, device damage, data loss, or personal injury.

FedEx Standard Overnight® : Delivery for the next business day by 3 PM to most areas and by 4:30 PM PST to some rural areas throughout all 50 states (Hawaii service is outbound only). No delivery on Saturday.

UPS Mail Innovations inducts your mail piece into the U.S. Postal Service within 48 hours of processing. The U.S. Postal Service will then deliver the mail piece within 3 to 5 days, on average. (Total shipping period can be about 5-7 business days.)
Free domestic shipping for standard orders (under 16 ounces) in the U.S. (via USPS First Class Mail or UPS Mail Innovations). USPS First Class Mail International does not offer global tracking information.
Free shipping is only offered for destinations within the contiguous United States. It is not available for addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, and other US territories such as Puerto Rico and Guam.
Packages returned to the Caseology warehouse due to incorrect shipping information will be given a PRODUCT REFUND.
We are not responsible for any items/packages lost during transit or if it has been tracked as delivered.
Orders will ship out once ALL items can be fulfilled within the purchase. Packages will ship out according to the LATEST pre-order date unless stated otherwise.
