RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Simply follow 3 easy steps!

  1. For return inquiries, please email support@caseologycases.com
  2. Our Returns Team will review your request. You will receive a notice regarding the status of your return.
  3. Once the RMA request is approved, please ship the product to the following address for a full product refund. Customers will be notified once the package has been safely received and processed at our facility.

All our products have a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee.
Items purchased within 30 days can be returned for a refund.

Requirements for Returns:

  • Must include a valid original purchase order number from caseologycases.com. Purchases made outside of casesologycases.com must contact respective seller for returns.
  • Returned products must be in their original packaging without any missing contents.
  • Returned products not in their original packaging with missing contents are subject to a minimum $5 USD restocking fee.
  • Return shipping is at buyer's cost unless stated otherwise by our support team.
  • Customer will be given a Product Refund—shipping & handling fees will NOT be refunded.

*Recommended: We suggest adding a tracking number/delivery confirmation on returned packages to ensure your return is received. Caseology is not liable for lost or stolen return packages during transit/delivery
*Please Note: All Sale and Promotional Items are not eligible for Returns, Exchanges, or Warranties.

*Bundle Returns/Refunds: To receive a refund, you must return all items within the bundle. Whatever discounted bundled items are not returned, will convert into a full price purchase and the order will be refunded accordingly
