If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept returns of packages within 30 days of the sale date and issue a refund minus shipping fee within resalable condition.

The original shipping fee is not refundable. Upon receiving returned package, we will issue a refund for the product to payment method used during time of purchase and send a confirmation email.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, excluding cases regarding distributor mistakes or defective items, which will be determined and resolved at the company’s discretion.

Orders to be shipped during business hours which end at 5PM Monday through Friday.
We observe all USPS holidays. If your order is placed before or on a holiday, it will be processed the following business day.
FREE DOMESTICDHL Global Mail typically takes 5-8 business days after your order has been shipped excluding weekends.
Tracking information is provided in your confirmation email. While delivery issues are uncommon, delay may occur due to human error, weather conditions, etc. If your order is not delivered within 10 days, please contact our customer service for either refund or replacement.

International shipping costs are $10.00 and up depending on weight of package and shipping destination.
Arrival time for international orders will vary by location. Estimated delivery dates are provided in your confirmation email.
Typical delivery is 10-21 days after your order has been shipped, but customs delays do occasionally happen. Transit may take longer if the parcel was delayed due to carrier mishandling, customs delay, or other circumstances beyond our control.
